We currently offer shipping services across all regions of Pakistan. Whether you're located in major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or remote areas, we aim to provide delivery to your doorstep.

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer to process.

  • Order Dispatch: Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched from our warehouse, and you will receive a notification email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer two primary shipping methods to ensure you get your products as quickly as possible:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.

    • Available for most areas within Pakistan.

  • Express Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days.

    • Available for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.).

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the courier service, and external factors such as weather conditions or holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected during checkout. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout page before you finalize your order.

  • Free Shipping:

    • We offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain amount (e.g., PKR 3,000). This threshold is subject to change, and you will be notified on the checkout page if your order qualifies for free shipping.

  • Express Shipping Fee:

    • Express shipping is available for an additional fee, which will be calculated at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you have any questions or issues with tracking, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

6. Shipping Partners

We use trusted and reliable courier services for shipping our products across Pakistan. These include:

  • TCS

  • Leopard Courier

  • Pakistan Post

  • Other local couriers for remote areas

In case there are any delivery delays or issues, we will notify you and assist in resolving the situation.

7. Order Issues

If you experience any of the following issues with your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible:

  • Wrong Address: If you provide an incorrect address at checkout, we may not be able to deliver your order. Please ensure all address details are accurate before submitting your order.

  • Undelivered Packages: If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking information. If the package is still undelivered, we will assist in locating it with the courier service.

  • Lost Packages: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, in the rare case that a package is lost during transit, we will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue and issue a replacement or refund as needed.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only offer shipping within Pakistan. At this time, we do not provide international shipping. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

9. Customs and Import Fees

Since we only offer domestic shipping within Pakistan, there are no customs or import duties applicable to our shipments.

10. Returns and Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: If you need to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error occurred with your order. For further details, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.

  • Refunds for Shipping Costs: In the event that your order is canceled or returned, the cost of shipping is generally non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
